Michelle Miu Epstein is the founder and principal trademark attorney of MIU EPSTEIN LAW, PC. Since beginning her career in intellectual property in 2011 at a globally recognized international intellectual property law firm, Michelle has focused her career on helping businesses protect, manage, and strengthen their brands in the United States and internationally.
Before founding MIU EPSTEIN LAW, Michelle led an international trademark prosecution team and developed extensive experience handling U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and brand protection matters. Her practice has involved coordinating trademark protection across jurisdictions worldwide and working closely with clients and foreign counsel to develop practical, cohesive strategies aligned with each client’s international business interests.
Michelle has represented entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofit organizations, growing businesses, established companies, and Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care, fashion and apparel, sports and entertainment, hospitality, financial services, automotive, technology, and consumer products. She also serves foreign companies and international law firms seeking experienced U.S. trademark counsel.
